Cis medical logic; you learn more about if you need treatment or not from several days of a cisfuck asking you ignorant questions than you do from eighteen years of abject misery over the mutiliated poison factory that is your body. Give me five minutes alone with your unconscious self and a sharp blade and I'll teach you more'n you fucking learned about those eighteen years with your questions. How about eighteen years before you're allowed your surgery to fix it, too? Before my first puberty I used to sit awake crying over the fact that other people suffered, and now I sit awake wanting to torture you like that. You people are the worst thing that has ever happened to me. My mother's having a cancer scare, my father's wife had a stroke and is in poor health, kiddie me had a habit of getting slapped around by my brother and some severe self hatred, but you people and your medical industry are by far the worst thing that's ever happened to me. There is no moment, no joy, that can't slip in a heartbeat to how my rage and hatred and pain I have for you. It seems impossible to me that I was ever a calm, gentle person.
