The link below gives pretty clear instructions on how to upload a picture style file to your canon DSLR camera. It's easy to follow and has plenty of pictures to guide you.

If you're in my boat and need to update your EOS Utility then I posted a link for that as well, all you have to do is pick your camera and download it from the Canon website.
