These 18th century inspired maid uniforms, complete with panniers, were first seen on the Electric Red album cover, How to be a Lady, Volume 1.  The uniforms were used again in the Todrick Hall video, Cinderonce - a retelling of Cinderella, comprised entirely of Beyonce songs.
