Sylvan looked to the other quietly, blinking a little.

“That’s an interesting statement. Do you care to elaborate as of how it is hard to get used to?”

— ☩   There was a cup of coffee laid before him, for him to drink, the other had said, despite him declining the offer. Or he so remembered; he tried to reel back the events before he sat down, but all there was were quiet and moving lips.
