It was movie night in Marco’s house. He was Armin’s best friend since they were teens. Armin was constantly bullied by his classmates, and so was Marco. The first one because he was smart and intelligent, the second one because he was a bit overweight and had freckles all over his face. Maybe that was the trigger that made the two boys start talking to each other and find out they had a lot in common. Years passed by and their bond became more and more strong every day. The brunet boy even went to visit Armin when he was in the hospital because of his heart condition to cheer him up, and the blond one was always there to comfort Marco when he thought his body was nasty and disgusting. They were like a totem.
That night’s movie was Jack and the Cuckoo-clock heart, an animation film based in one of Armin’s favourite books, “La Mécanique du cœur” by Mathias Malzieu, it wasn’t hard to know why. He had read the book a plenty of times, but his friend wanted to see how the movie looked like. Maybe it was coincidence, but when they had finished all the popcorn (although Armin didn’t eat more than a pair of them) and the film’s protagonist was about to fall in love with the girl, he felt a heavy weight on his chest. It was Marco’s head.
He stayed so quiet and still looking at his friend until he realized that, from time to time, he closed his eyes. Was he…listening to his heart? “Hey…” Armin whispered “Are you ok there, buddy? Y…You can rest your head on another place if my heart’s bothering you…”

I haven’t really ventured much into the ship personally but I’ve come to like the ship after seeing a couple of fanart and interactions of them from some fellow Armin blogs. I’ll be honest that I’m not that into the ship unlike others but it is the first on my list for straight ships with Armin. Mainly because I can see a lot of potential with the ship and a lot to work with considering the relationship of the two. I guess you could say it’s a challenging ship? If that makes sense.

I’m not gonna lie, I prefer them more as friends or involved platonically. While the ship isn’t something impossible I just think that they’d have a more sibling-like relationship? I’ll admit the ship is cute but it’s just face-value to me. Though I suppose it’s only because I rarely get any Mikasa interactions other than with eatthebread and so far they’re the only exception of me being able to ship the two because of developed chemistry between our muses.

「 "You have no idea how much I want to hug you right now." 」
The sudden remark caught Marco off-guard for a second. He looked up from his phone, facing Armin with his eyes slightly widened. A smirk slowly spread over his freckled cheeks then. Thinking of it properly, it didn’t actually seem all that far-fetched. They were sitting on his comfy bed, he was wearing one of his oversized hoodies and then of course there were Marco’s god-given soft features.
"I am pretty huggable, ain’t I?” he asked jokingly.
"Come here," Marco said and pulled the blond into his embrace, holding him for a while. "No but seriously," he cooed. "What did I do to deserve a hug?"
Making himself at home, Armin seized the opportunity as he saw fit and settled himself snugly across the taller teen's lap as he scooted closer. True to his belief, his friend was warm and it was funny how it felt like he was cuddling a human-sized teddy bear. It was no wonder why people enjoyed hugging him whenever they could.
"No big reason," he smiled, wrapping his own arms around Marco's larger form. Yet even as he stretched his limbs out as far as he could reach, the blond was unable to fully embrace him. "But it is my birthday so I suppose you have the privilege of my first birthday hug today."

favourite season and any RPers the mun admires?
i really love fall!! i like spring as well but my allergies are too bad to let me enjoy it to the fullest. my favorite time is probably summer-to-fall transition~ as for RPers that i admire, i haven’t been around for a very long time (only a few days, really), but i really have enjoyed most everyone that i’ve followed. in particular, i guess i could say that i really admire undauntedx (such beautiful writing from carson sighs~), chubbymarco (such a sweet mun!!), honestxsoldier (also a super sweet mun!!)… there’s probably more orz;
"Jean~" Marco chimed, climbing onto the bed and kissing the blond's cheek to wake him. "Wake up, sleepyhead, it's late already!" Actually, it wasn't that late, the brunet was just bored and he needed Jean to wake up because he was tired of keeping himself busy.
It was one of the rare days that Jean got to sleep in and now he was being woken up by a chirpy voice and light kisses to his cheek. Jean turned around and wrapped an arm around Marco, pulling his lover onto the bed and he snuggled against the other warm body. He murmured something and kept his eyes closed.
