Who on the Lost Light would Missit and Chromantic hang out with?
Chromantic would be picky about the people she likes. She was already prone to unfriendliness and her time in the Outer Rim exacerbated that. Her (non-Drift) favorite is Ravage — they get along like a house on fire. Ratchet’s another dear friend, though she’s mildly judgmental about him being an Autobot. She finds Ten very dear and is invested in seeing he’s treated with respect. Surprisingly, she ends up getting along with Swerve very well (she ends up working at his bar) and isn’t bothered by his constant chatting. She also likes Riptide. In general, any of the Lost Light’s “misfits” are more predisposed to her good side. She collects them like ducklings. She’d also probably get along with the Scavengers.
Rodimus made the mistake of being overfamiliar with Chromantic from the start, so she doesn’t like him (for now. No Rodimus, Drift’s friends are not automatically your friends). She’s negative-bordering-on-neutral about Megatron. She’d like Ultra Magnus probably, if he hadn’t immediately brought up her old outstanding warrant the moment they met.
Missit’s the far more approachable half of the couple. People tend to talk to her more and I think most of the ship views her as charming. Aside from Drift, Ratchet’s her favorite person on the Lost Light. She’s friends with everyone Chromantic is friends with, though not always to equal degree. Her working in the fuel furnace brought her into contact with Nautica, who she befriended easily (Missit finds her nerdiness endearing). I think she gets along with Perceptor quite well. She’s more gracious to Rodimus than her wife is — she’ll probably be friends with him over time, once she gets to understand him some beneath the grandstanding (through her Chromantic’s opinion of him will also likely improve). I could see Missit having some very interesting and in-depth conversations with Cyclonus. I’m not sure what she thinks of Whirl.
She views Megatron as a massive disappointment and does not hide that. She’s wary around Ultra Magnus but is more willing to accept that incident as getting off on the wrong foot than Chromantic is. She would’ve HATED Getaway. I think she doesn’t share her wife’s patience with Swerve — she finds him to be a bit much.
