…Wait a minute. What do you get when you mix Fuji apples, cilantro, a little cayenne and some cider? Positive Contact by Dogfish Head, that’s what. A concoction made up with the Dogfish guys, Dan the Automator and Deltron 3030.  Sounds weird. I know. But this is a great beer.   It seems like someone was bored, experimenting in the kitchen and threw whatever into a pot. If I were making a beer, I would never think to put these things together and actually have a good turn out. Hmm. Come to think of it, I don’t make beer; I drink it. I guess I will leave the brewing to the masters.  

A Little Sumpin’ to Pass the Time: By Chris Chase

My power was out a week ago, but I was lucky that I had a Little Sumpin’ to drink for the first couple hours. I had to do something with no power, so why not drink right? This was another beer that was suggested to me, but this time from a friend (shout out to Mike). And once again, it was a great suggestion. This was another very refreshing beer. When I opened it I expected it to be a hoppy beer, but I was way off. This Cali brewed beer was just what I was looking for.

Clearly made from a bunch of very, very complex ingredients.
