okay to put it simply, people ruin the surprises of madoka by reviewing it saying shit like "SO SAD IT WILL RUIN YOU". When someone reads it they're now expecting something sad to happen, it ruins the shock that really pulls the viewer in. They'll probably still watch it but there's no real shock when something like, say Sayaka dying, happens it just becomes "oh this character died, all right everyone and their grandma said this show was going to be sad so I expected something like this to happen"
