These frozen fudge pops are a great way to enjoy the delicious combination of rich chocolate and creamy Greek yogurt. On a hot day, they're the best treat for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup milk. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Put the chocolate chips and milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 20-second bursts, stir the chocolate in the microwave until it is completely melted and smooth. Allow the chocolate mix to cool down to room temperature. Mix the cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt together in a different bowl until everything is well mixed. Add the chocolate mixture that has been melted to the yogurt mixture and mix it well. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks inside the molds. Put the fudge pops in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until they are hard. Have fun with your chocolate fudge pops that are melty, creamy, and frozen!
