Happy Canada Day Weekend! Hope your having some fun wherever you are. Easy Chocolate Mousse. Meat of 1 coconut, 1 can #organic coconut mylk (cream top only), 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt. Whip in high speed blender... Transfer to a bowl. Cut up and melt 1/3 cup dark chocolate...cool then fold well in semi cooled chocolate to mixture. Pour into dessert vessels. Chill 1 hour then decorate with your choice of fruit. Serves 2-4.
