Ingredients: 1 cup caramel chips. 1 cup dark chocolate chips. 1 cup old-fashioned oats. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the caramel chips, dark chocolate chips, and oats. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
