I made a giant version of the Mickey Oreo mousse domes from Chef Mickey’s in Disney World (my fave!!!!). I don’t really celebrate Father’s Day but we had dinner with my brother so I made it for him…kind of 😂
A rich and silky healthy chocolate mousse made with a "secret" ingredient – avocado. Super easy to make and perfect for Valentine's Day or date night! Vegan + refined sugar free.
I tried something weird tonight and it wasn’t bad! I added more chocolate because CHOCOLATTTTTTTTTTTTTTE but it had a very smooth texture and rich flavor-- you couldn’t really taste the avacado at all.
It is incredibly rich, though, so so I would eat a portion sparingly.
