What are your thoughts? 😬👏 @blazebrigade Just one of the many ways of removing a patient from a roof or elevated plane using a stokes basket, a ground ladder, and rope. This scenario may apply due to the building construction, unavailability of an aerial, or the inability to set up the aerial. In this evolution we secured the patient in the stokes basket then using locking carabiners, locked it into the tip of the ladder. Two firefighters were on the ground to assist with guiding the ladder while the roof team lowers the basket with rope.
