Recycling an old post because I apparently don’t like keeping things in my drafts! So before taking on a crazy 30+km trek I decided to start with small trips to more accessible places! First on the list duhhhh Nathiagali!! So the story goes that when my parents had me some odd 37 years ago they decided to come to nathiagali and experience the snow!! That too with a new born!! Of all the Milky Way shots I took this has to be my utmost favorite! It was definitely below 0 when I walked out the tent to get this shot! The moon rising right behind me was gracious enough to light up the snow covered peaks. I’d initially gotten out to shoot a time-lapse maybe get the stars in motion or capture their trail! To my surprise someone had factory reset my camera which I’m turn deleted my internal intervalometer! Spent the next half hour manually taking shots every 35 seconds!!
