A mouthwatering vegan pizza with a spicy chipotle kick, loaded with colorful and flavorful toppings.
Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza dough. 1/2 cup vegan chipotle sauce. 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup corn kernels. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup vegan cheese, shredded. 1 avocado, sliced. Fresh cilantro, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the chipotle sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Evenly distribute the black beans, corn, red onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes over the sauce. Sprinkle vegan cheese over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and top with sliced avocado and fresh cilantro. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
