Indulge in the rich flavors of triple chip chocolate chip cookie bars, loaded with chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. These bars are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, melted. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup butterscotch chips.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Mix the eggs and vanilla extract into the sugar. Mix until it's nice and smooth. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Spread the chocolate, white chocolate, and butterscotch chips out evenly in the dough as you fold them in. Press the cookie dough down gently as you spread it out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. Twenty-five to thirty minutes in a hot oven, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few wet crumbs on it. Take it out of the oven and put a wire rack in the pan so it can cool all the way down. Cut the cookie bar into squares or rectangles after it has cooled down. Serve and have fun!
