Just a couple headcanons!

-Jimmy Pesto’s opens a couple years after Bob’s Burgers

-Both Tina and Jimmy jr only a few years old, maybe like 3 ish, so Bob is late thirties and Jimmy is early thirties here

-Jimmy’s marriage is starting to crumble while the restaurant is getting ready to open

-Jimmy’s wife isn’t around much, maybe she has a job where she travels often

-Bob decides to check in when he sees Jimmy chucking the landline across the room. She’s told him she’ll be gone for another month and miss the grand opening. This is when they start to become close

-Bob and Linda have Jimmy and Jimmy jr over at the restaurant almost every day

-Tina and Jimmy Jr loves playing together

-Linda watches Jimmy jr when Jimmy needs some time for himself or to work on the restaurant

-Bob doesn’t love how close Jimmy and Linda are, he trusts Lin but isn’t 100% trusting of this younger, handsome, relationship on the rocks, Tom Selleck esc man

-Bob does catch himself feeling the blood rush to his face when Jimmy’s hand lingers on his shoulder, but that’s probably nothing… right?

-Jimmy has the talent to make both Bob and Linda blush effortlessly

-Jimmy and Bob take turns picking the music for dance parties with the kids (Bob picks Donna Summer, Jimmy picks Elvis Presley)

-They don’t start becoming rivals until after Jimmy’s divorce is finalised, and Louise, Andy, and Ollie are born
