When I saw that, a thought came to me. The Blue-Eyes is a dragon representing Kaiba (his pride and his soul), but also the bond he shares with his brother, his family. That means Mokuba is as much a dragon as he is. But what about the third one? Well…
who else but the original Blue-Eyes with whom he shares an everlasting bond since Ancient Egypt?
I know Kaiba ripped the fourth Blue-Eyes in two so that it would never be used against him, but what if subconsciously, he also rejected it because it couldn’t represent anyone else connected to him?
And isn’t it ironic that, for a guy who doesn’t want to be chained by the past (especially his past life as a priest), Kaiba’s two most important things, his brother and Kisara / BEWD, are intimately tied to it?
