what's the slave au? is that new?
Hiya anonny! Itās actually pretty old. It was made with @chimelon early on in my forays into the ToZ fandom.
Chim wrote an outline with actual plot details over hereĀ back in August.Ā
I also had to explain it to @shippy-things, so hereās a rougher and more vague version.
Sorey gains Mikleo as a gift - a slave seraph for him to use.
They're pretty strict about it, but he doesn't want to do anything to him, but they make it look like he's being used as a bed boy.
Their relationship is awkward, since Mikleo doesn't trust him not to take advantage, but he doesn't, and they do build some rapport.
But he's very unhappy, and Sorey knows that what little he can give him in terms of freedom isn't enough, so he somehow manages to bring Mikleo to safety, close to where he knows the seraphim dwell
And returns to Rolance for punishment or to pretend that he didn't lose his seraph. He doesn't learn until later that Mikleo was actually part of the opposing faction.

Sorey wasnāt prepared to see Mikleo again or see how beautiful he became because letās be real the only reason why heās so immune/blase about it in game is because heās been subjected to it since the cradle.
