If I could be anything I'd be one of those 80s arcades in its prime time. With neon lights from pink, blue, purple, red, and yellow blurring in and out. Arcade games blinking and buzzing as players take turns trying to beat the top scores.
Or a small towns woods in the middle of fall, scents of cinnamon coming from apple pies. Scents of Healthy pumpkins, pleasantly blending with the brown falling leaves. Taunting the wildlife by carrying the smells of forbidden treats.
I'd be the choppy waters that crash against the rocks of a shingle beach. Tossing the smell of fish and salt in the air, splashing the feet of visitors as they trail over the cobbles. Spitting out clams and shells and other minor sea life into the cracks and crevices of the shore.
