There is nothing like surf and turf! This super easy recipe gives you a fine dining experience at home but with the pop of low-country / gulf coast flavor of Crab Chilau.

Ingredients needed:
- 2 Lamp Chops
- 1 Cup Lump Crab Meat (4oz)
- 1/4 Cup Italian 4 Cheese Blend
- 1 Tbs Sun dried Tomatoes in oil
- 2 Tbs Chilau Seafood Sauce
- A few sprinkles of Garlic Salt (Hot Clove Garlic Company)
Preparation:
- Set oven to broil
- Liberally Season Lamp Chops with Garlic Seasoning
- Add oil to a baking dish,
- Coat the chops in oil and broil 10min one side and 6 on the other for Medium chops
- Combine, cheese, sun dried tomatoes and Chilau Sauce to make topping
- When chops are done add crab topping and place back under the broiler for 2 minutes
Serve on top of rice or mashed potatoes and enjoy! :)
