I have a very old Digimon oc that I'd like to talk about.
WAY back in 2010, I had a dream one night about this little guy. Rookie level. The only things made known to me about him were his name, his title(?), colors and that he was "Beelzemon's child".
This is the original post-it note I put it all down on after I woke up! I'm glad I was able to find it still in one of my old art folders. I think I drew him only one other time after that, in a sketch with two other oc rookies I had made at the time.
So this is Chikmon/Chickmon (not sure which way I should spell it, I'll probably just stick with the original spelling), and today I finally decided to see him in real color for the first time! The Beelzemon that I've drawn a few times is his father. Along with Chikmon, I've had this Beelzemon just living in my head for the past 16 years. When I started drawing again earlier this year, I wanted to bring all of these ideas out and onto paper! Chikmon has a tamer who I've never drawn, and I've recently been deciding on his evolutions. I feel like I ought to keep his whole evo line original, but Ravemon is REALLY tempting for his mega.
