The Chiditarod is probably my favorite event to shoot. It’s a charity race in March when the winter has nearly driven everyone insane and people really take that opportunity to get creative and let loose. Each team has a shopping cart that they decorate and then they must race to several different locations. I’m always blown away at the creativity and the obvious time and work that go into each cart. Shot for Time Out Chicago. 

I love this man!!! Patrick owns the Five Star Chicago. He lets us turn his bar into a zoo for 6 hours every year AND makes a contribution to the event!
