     @chicircus​   requested   a   starter   from   ZUKO.

 toph’s  been  sensing  tài  lì  doing  her  flips  and  whatever  else  she  does  when  she’s  in  the  air  for  a  good  few  minutes  now  ｡  maybe  longer  than  she’d  even  wanted  to  be  there               she  hadn’t  actually  planned  on  stopping  and  observing  her  ｡  but  here  she  is  ,  legs  carrying  her  toward  the  other  girl  without  her  really  thinking  about  it  ｡  there’s  a  burning  question  in  her  mind  and  ,  considering  they’re  on  the  same  side  now  ,  she  wants  to  ask  it  ｡  and  she’s  not  someone  who  will  just  keep  her  mouth  shut  !      ❝  hey  !  ❞      not  the  best  way  to  get  someone’s  attention  that  she  barely  knows  ,  but  who  cares  ?  not  toph  ｡      ❝  why’d  you  decide  to  be  in  a  circus  ?  ❞

             The door opens and her head turns slightly to it. At first she doesn’t recognise her and then she simply sighs, stares back at the ceiling.  ❝ Came to  g l o a t ?  I have to say, green is not your color, you look like someone puked all over you and then added some clown makeup on top. ❞

          “alright, i’m here and ready to learn all there is to know about chi blocking!” he knew that ty lee’s skills would be an amazing asset to learn down the road, so of course he would be excited when she agreed to teach him. 

                                       ❝ sounds  like  you  really  came  into  your  own  by  going  off  with  the  kyoshi  warriors. ❞  the  passage  of  time  between  the  war  &  the  way  things  were  now  did  not  place  weight  on  conversations.  it  was  not  as  though  everyone  forgot  all  that  happened  ----  the  costs  of  war  are  still  being  paid  with  each  passing  day.  tension  was  no  longer  as  high ;  guard  was  still  forever  risen  &  years  will  have  to  transpire  until  an  unquestioned  trust  between  nations  was  formed  again.  guess  one  could  say  that  children  did  not  allow  things  that  were  out  of  their  control  to  dictate  how  long  chains  of  mistrust  would  keep  any  &  all  shackled.  pointless  was  it  to  keep  all  held  close  to  their  past  sins  (  were  we  not  allowed  the  chance  to  grow  from  them ?  learn  &  change ?  )  the  feeling  of  feet  vibrating  through  the  ground,  albeit  light  gave  her  enough  of  a  map  as  to  where  tài  lì  stood.  ❝ from  one  group  to  the  next  ---  at  least  with  this  one  you're  on  our  side ! ❞ @chicircus​ asked for a starter !
