On a random day when I was craving ramen, I decided to stop by Table to Stix Ramen 🍜. I got the Spicy Tonkotsu, and I loved it! It was a spicy pork broth with soy braised pork belly, spicy ground beef, woodear mushrooms, bean sprouts, egg, scallions, menma, and nori 😩.
