I'm readapting to my new schedule so yeah, it might take a little time for me to start answering things, and hey 520 followers, thank you babies, :D

My classes are back and now they are during the night so yeah I still have to redo my schedule and now I've started a all day classes of animation during saturdays, so I still have to do some things.

BETTER LATE THAN NEVER

Before anything else--a word of caution: this post might contain foul language, and a hell lot of incessant rants and insults. If you're a Belieber and thinks Justin Bieber is a god, then this read is most definitely not for you. If you're a Hottest and could not stand whatever sort of question towards Nickhun and his opinions, turn tail and make a mad dash for it, too. 

If you just can't stand seeing someone cuss up a storm over the internet, then... well, this isn't for you, either.

Why yes, I have definitely come back just to rant about this. 

And yes, it's definitely worth it.

So a while back, I was browsing through the interwebs, and skimming through AllKPop articles, when I came across this one:

Nichkhun Praises Pop Singer Justin Bieber

What in the name of all that is good and sensible? What the actual fuck? 

Now I had to contain myself from going bat shit crazy just from seeing the title, and successfully read through until the end of the article, and a few comments. But the fact that I had not reacted--flared up and set all hell loose, to be more precise--as I had originally intended to, plagued me for nights, and now I guess I just had enough. I have to get this out of my system or I swear, I'll definitely explode--and the last thing I really need is to chuck my baby (laptop) in the window out of too much frustration. 

(That's right. Smexyy breathe-in-breathe-out with Dongwoon...) 

So here it is. Remember, you've been warned.

When I first saw the title, I almost toppled over in my seat. Sure, AKP is, for me, at least, notorious when it comes to dropping bomb-like articles (like the whole Lee Min Ho-Park Min Young dating thing), and from my time there, I should have known that the authors show no mercy when they deliver their news. But holy fucking shit, just the title itself floored me. 

I really like Nickhun. He may not be my bias (no, no; that glorious throne goes to Taecyeon), but I am very endeared to him. He is such a (cough-sometimes-wussy-cough) sweetheart, especially towards Victoria. He's sweet, charming, and very princely; not to mention, that handsome face of his, plus a glorious, sex-godly body to boot--anyone can tell you that he really is quite the package.

Ahem.

A little-more-deeply speaking, what I absolutely adore about Nickhun is his personality (no, not the L-type that my ovaries go kaboom for). He is very gentlemanly and respectful. He chooses his words wisely, and is obviously careful about where he steps on. His opinions, albeit not always positive, aren't brash either. Safe to say, he has a good way with words, and with people too (he is, after all, the Most Influential Thai). I have always respected what he says, because he obviously respects what other people think. In that way, I found Nickhun to be absolutely lovable. 

But good things come to an end, apparently. 

No matter how much I say I respect what Nickhun thinks, I couldn't, however hard I try, agree with him praising Justin Bieber--just... no.

Goodness, no. For heaven and hell's sake, no. 

I hate Justin Bieber--and I'm only saying this because I believe "loathe" and "detest" and any other adjectives along those lines (degree) are too powerful, and I find people like Bieber completely unworthy of anymore attention than what I presently give them, anyway. So, "hate" it is. 

Up until a couple of weeks ago, I didn't even bat a lash at the name Justin Bieber. Then I saw his Tweet saying: "I hate anime". He took it down, though, but I saw it. And while I was at his Twitter, I decided to play it cool and be the bigger man (yes. Man). I checked out his videos, his fans' comments, his interactions with them, and to my credit, I lasted about an hour and a half. Then I couldn't stand it. The amount of idiosyncrasy and absolute lack of talent is too damn high. 

As an Otaku, the biggest shit you could do to piss me (and any one else of my kind) off is to insult/hate on anime when anime has never done anything wrong against you. Prejudiced? I beg to differ. 

Fast forward. Present day where I am now a proud Anti-Bieber... 

When I first read the title, I swear my expression was something like this:

And when the words "Nickhun", "Praises", "Pop", "Singer", "Justin" and "Bieber" finally clicked in, I was absolutely aghast.

  (No more GIFs at this point. Too much GIFs already. xD) 

When I finished the article, I was completely mum. I couldn't believe Nickhun said those things--not because they aren't nice, or that he isn't capable of saying such kind words. But because of all the people he could possibly praise, why the fuck did it have to be Justin motherfucking Bieber?

I can't stand Charice's now-worsening-arrogance, but you have to give it to her because she has amazing vocals. If Nickhun praised her or someone genuinely talented like her, I would've understood; would've kept my mouth shut and my god-awful opinions to myself. But he didn't. Instead, he praised the most completely unworthy person he could possibly even look twice upon; definitely the last person I expected someone like Nickhun to acknowledge, much less praise.

And it occurred to me that, hey, maybe Nickhun's just badly missing Victoria that he's starting to loose his grip, or maybe even that JYP's starving him and working him to death (or something so antagonistically SME-like)--anything to keep me from believing he actually thinks Bieber is born to be a star. Anything at all! 

But no. It was real. It happened. Nickhun actually praised Justin Bieber. And until now, the entirety of it still floors me. Partly because there isn't anything remotely impressive about Bieber and all. Mostly because I just hate him simply and, again, could not see an ounce of remarkable talent in him. Sure, he can sing, dance, play piano, play guitar, etc, like how one Belieber in AKP commented, but for fuck's sake, even I can do that! Practically ever kid in my class can do that! Ever single motherfucking K-pop artist can do that. Honestly. If that's all the Beliebers are gonna lobby, their argument is invalid. Because there are tons of people who can do all those and so much better than Justin Bieber--and no to mention, look so much better--and the only up that pathetic-excuse-for-a-singer has is that he has connections. He has YouTube. 

And if it hadn't been for the shit-loads of haters regularly bashing him on the interwebs and in person, the kid couldn't even have made it past his first video. It's all thanks to idiots like me who take the time to speak the truth about his nonexistent talents that he gained so much popularity, in the first place. There will be fans, but there will always be more haters. So clam it, Beliebers.

The real issue here is that Nickhun praised someone who is completely undeserving. I'm not jealous of Bieber (fuck, no), and by no means do I even dream about being acknowledged by Nickhun. But see, Khunnie, you better get your eyes and ears checked soon enough. Maybe drop by the hospital more frequently to get a regular checkup, and some medications because obviously, you need it. And I'm serious.

Yes, I will now leave this blog. 

No, not for good. 

Rather, it would be more proper to put it as "I will make this my personal blog". Or something along those lines. Because as I've finally, and officially, left high school behind, and that I am about to start college soon, I think it would be more appropriate to begin a new blog as well--a sign of a fresh start or something like that. 

Don't ask me why. I've no idea why I'm being like this, either. 

But it makes me feel good. 

And I'll probably follow the same blogs as I do with this one (so yay. More followers for you guys, I guess.)

There won't be much change, actually. But again, it makes me feel good to "start" again. And I'll be more cautious--no incessant cussing, not much inappropriate behavior--but I'll still be me, don't worry (if anyone would bat a lash). 

I won't provide a link. Trust me though, that as soon as you see the blog, you'll know it's me--the writing, the layout, the content itself. I want to gain followers again, on my own. Not because I gave you guys a link. I'm being a little melodramatic here, but I'm quite serious. 

Why? Because I feel like it. Because by starting new, I really mean it as going back to square one. Because, for the third time, it makes me feel good. 

So yeah. 

I'll still hang around here, don't worry. After all, this is where I began. And I'm such a nostalgic softy like that. 

To the friends I've made along the way (huh), I'll still talk to you guys. 

I feel like I'm about to make my big break, the way I talk and all. Meh. What a dweeb.

If starting anew entails to a new blog, I'm all up for it. But I couldn't quite wash off the feeling of nostalgia, either, every time I log in to my other account (yes, I've already made one; yes, I've already made some posts; but no, I couldn't quite get over this one yet). I'm a little lost here--would opening a new blog do me good, or not? Agh. Why is this so hard?

For the love of all anime-reincarnates, after years of fruitless and noble endeavors, of scaling the highest mountains and crossing the deepest oceans, I have finally found my ideal human man. At long last, I will finally have a proper answer should anyone ask me who my ideal guy is. Now, at least, we are from the same dimension, and it is humanly possible to meet with him, if the situation would present itself (and how fabulous would it be, if it does!) 

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, INFINITE's visual-slash-resident-bishounen~! 

(This is definitely my favorite picture of him--hands down. But don't ask me what that white line under his eye is. I've no idea either.) 

1. Who he is. 

In case you have inexplicably missed the very, very brief and bland introduction above, he is INFINITE's L. His real name is Kim Myungsoo, the second youngest in his group, born on March 13, 1992 in Seoul, South Korea. Apart from being the visual/mascot of INFINITE (a group of seven, really, really hot and talented guys), he is also the third main vocalist. He can play the guitar (in fact, he did the instrumental for the remake of Can U Smile, and plays it live) and has superb acting skills (he was the main antagonist, the ruthless and unfeeling Jiu, in the Japanese action series, Jiu; and the very talented, but extremely cold-hearted, guitarist Lee Hyunsoo in the K-drama Shut Up Flower Boy Band). Also, being a member of the dance-machine INFINITE, his dancing is really something. He claims he is the "main presence" of INFINITE, being their visual and all, but the members tell otherwise, saying he doesn't even have much of a presence to begin with (I'd like to digress, your honor!) 

2. Personality. 

What I really, absolutely, definitely go gaga for about L is his character--it's the typical-bishounen-esque personality that I have always loved (fan-girl otakus may already have a good idea as to what L is like by now). He isn't sweet and caring like your typical opparrrr. Far from it, actually. He isn't very affectionate either, and isn't as open to skinship as most K-pop idols are. He keeps to himself; doesn't join in unless he has to. Epik High's Tablo even said: "You don't talk much. But that's okay--since you're handsome." (Episode 1, You're My Oppa.) L is known as INFINITE's Ice Prince because unlike the rowdy and overly-hyperactive members, he is typically the most quiet one out of them--matured, in some sense of the word. He hates running and loosing his cool (as often seen in Sesame Player), and takes things on his own pace.

But the keyword there would be "typically".

L is an Ice Prince--he hates it when it's hot. He might even hate summer on a certain degree. His members all agree that he snaps his cap when it's hot (again, Sesame Player can testify to that). He yells at random times, and blurts out the most random of things (once, he arbitrarily said, "Don't come any closer!") 

Interestingly enough, his characters, Jiu and Hyunsoo, resemble his real self very much. Acting as the aloof bastard seemed easy enough for him, actually. 

3. Me gusta. 

What endeared me to him greatly, apart from the killer personality of his, is that we share a lot of hobbies in common. He is an otaku. He loves Death Note. His name is the very solid proof of it. He kept mentioning Death Note during his YAMO days--saying he will write down Ji Ae in it when they met for the first time, and that her diary is very much like his Death Note. And on top of his love for Death Note, he is a big fan of the Big Three--One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach. He is also an avid photography enthusiast... although I'm yet to see any of his actual shots as of present (Mmm, I need to up my stalking skills a notch!). He is a heavy sleeper (second only to Dongwoo--but that's a wholly new level of sleeping altogether), and isn't exactly one to wake up in sunshine and rainbows. He also has a peculiar manner of sitting--in fact, his sitting position is very similar to L Lawliet's (which also happens to be my favorite sitting position as well).

Random L trivia: 

- He is more handsome than his younger brother, Moonsoo.  (I feel compelled to mention this--there are some idols who have better-looking siblings--and I'm not going to name some, but there are--and fortunately enough, Myungsoo isn't one of them.)  

- He bought a bamboo pillow in Japan, and everyone acknowledges it as his bamboo wife. 

- He claims "he isn't allowed to have anything on his face" because he is the visual.  He even stressed out an acne with his manager--but only as a joke. He said the heat was killing him, their air-conditioner was broken, and he wanted some ice cream (Sesame Player). 

- Among the members of INFINITE, he is closest to Sungyeol. 

- He has no sense of balance. He trips over invisible things. He slips a lot, even in their live performances (thus the phrase, "now you see him--now you don't".)

- Next to Sungjong, and probably being the second youngest, he makes the most mistakes during their practice and gets scolded a lot by Mama Sunggyu--but I repeat, only next to Sungjong. 

- [Personal comment] He looks god-awful dancing to girl group songs (very much unlike Sungjong!) For the love of all that is good, he couldn't pull off a proper girl group dance move without looking awkward as fudge. He just can't, alright? And this is coming from a die-hard fan...

In my meager three years in the K-pop fandom, I have never found my ultimate boy bias--there's Park Bom for my ultimate K-pop goddess, but I haven't found the right male idol to match her status yet. Until, of course, I decided to give INFINITE a go. And boy, did I regret not getting to know them earlier. If only I would've known that I would meet L, who'd later go on to become my K-pop god and my very own ideal, same-dimension man...
