Photo Story by @mikevangorkom ・・・ We woke up way before dawn to capture the sunrise on Gadisar Lake just outside Jaisalmer, Rasjasthan, India. The lake is surrounded by chhatris, temples, shrines, and ghats. These chhatris (memorials) are partially engulfed by the lake, making them even more elusive. Small boats can drop passengers off at a chhatri to offer prayers for the deceased.
