time really has come and gone as cape hazel sets out to put on its annual autumn festival yet again. the colors muted and crisp, the air chilly around them, the townspeople have joined together without their beloved mayor to set up the booths and the tents to carry on their tradition. after all, the heart of cape hazel rests within its people, not just a bizarre person who shall no longer be named. there is an excited buzz in the air, however, as the new mayor will be named at the end of the festivities! a parade shall be held in their honor, and the town will rise again out of the ashes of its tragedies.
