Favorite fictional characters: oh god. Most of them come from books I read, but: the teen wolf characters ae very yes, especially stiles (and also Dylan O’Brien is so yes); and uhhh, idk, I need to watch more stuff. I really like Peter from Hemlock Grove though, and Shelley. *forcibly ends ramble before it can really start*

Favorite Book: I cant even try to pick one, I am literally such a book nerd. My absolute favorite is the Pathfinder series by Orson Scott Card, who also wrote Enders Game, which I’ve read the first one, and its good too. I have an undying love for Rigg from Pathfinder though, tbh. And then there’s The Darkest Minds series, which definitely hooks you in. It’s fantastic, I stg. Ooh, there’s the Infernal Devices series, which is beautiful, and Jem Carstairs is my sweet child, I love him so. I’m on the last book right now though, and Tessa is my babe. I cant think of anymore, but I have literally read so many books, and they’ve stuck to me like nothing else. Wow, okay, that was long, sorry lol, books are just my thing

Brother Bear! I watched this movie so much that we (my sister and me) messed up the CD

Oh gosh, um… it started out okay, like the first episode was alright and had some promise but… to be honest, it’s not good at all. The characters are ooc to the extreme (Osamu suffers from this the worst), Toei does not understand how Trion soldiers work, they also don’t seem to know how to deal with the convenience of Jin’s Side Effect properly so they just cut him out of the episodes completely, the original characters are bland (Xeno is okay actually) and the antagonist is stupid, and in the newest episode they “revealed” a new “plot device” that is so un-WT like that it leaves you wondering whether Toei even knows what series they’re working with anymore.

I know that some people are enjoying it, but if you’re a die-hard fan of the manga and appreciate the work Ashihara puts into his characters and his world and his story, then this filler arc almost feels like a slap in the face. The ONLY good thing about the filler is that it’s keeping the anime on air for a longer period of time and thus giving the manga more runtime as well.

I’m very glad you like the blog! Now, Chestnut is an interesting wand, and can, potentially, select for many things. By and large however it seems to select for those with preference, or at least a skill with the natural world - handling animals, growing plants - or some love of the outdoors shown in things such as flying. Chestnut is one of a very few woods where the core can say a distinct amount about the wand’s master, beyond just kindly or stubborn or adaptable, and a Unicorn Hair core in Chestnut sis generally held to be indicative of a mind set on all matter of justice, someone who seeks to do right, and see right done. The length of this wand suggests someone who is not yet wholly certain of themself, and possibly therefore, their ideas and goals in bringing about justice, however the flexibility - brittle - seems to indicate a break-before-bend nature, suggesting a personality which will drive itself onwards, despite the advice of friends or family, in order to bring about a goal.
