we got snippets of zara seymour (hos west end alternates version) and hana boleyn (barricade boys west end live) so when are we getting a lil bit of cj aragon or howard?
i know it was never going to happen, but i think i’ll always be a little bit upset that the WE alts at reopening didnt get some kind of updates to their costumes - (specifically cherelle and collette cleves) 😪😪😪
Yeah, it would have been so much fun to see! I will forever be salty that we likely won't ever see the teal closed jacket.
Although, it is worth mentioning that Cherelle Jay may have had a principal costume in progress for the cancelled drive-in tour. It was only cancelled about 2.5-3 weeks before she was meant to debut. May have just been planning on her wearing teal, though.

Hana Stewart as S/P, A/B, C/H
This isn’t perfect, but it’s the best fit with the first covers they had and fully scrambled.

I’ve heard that we have pictures of Cherelle’s Howard wig. Is that true?
Hey! Yes, basically. So prior to Covid most of the alts had ponytails. They’d use them normally for Howard or they’d be braided for Cleves. Cherelle Jay had her ponytail piece that was braided for Cleves/Parr, and presumably she would have worn that unbraided for Howard. After lockdowns some of the designs and systems got changed, with new wigs being brought in for almost every alt. Then there’s a photo that seemed to have both her Cleves/Parr and a separate Howard, but since it was in the back of the wig room in a photo with poor lighting it’s always a bit hard to confirm anything like that.
