Powerswap Cheolsu is the child of a pixie who broke away from a hidden pixie community in Cornwall + a very human korean immigrant. He had gotten pretty used to hiding that he wasn't human by the time he got kidnapped by the Dragon to be an agent, but being thrust into the wider secret world prompted him to be a lot more open about his heritage (mirroring the punk makeover he also had at around the same time)
