SquidVember Event -Lost in the Museum Visit
It started out as Fun. As your Appa told you in an very gentle voice, that you were going to visit the Natural History Museum, you clapped your hands in agreement, just because you noticed how very much excited your big Sister Na-Yeon (who´s Health got a tiny bit better so the Museums visit could be possible to do!) - was chatting nonstop about what animals she want to look at the Museum.
"Museum - Museum!" - you said not really understanding what a Museum was or if you should be less excited about it or not. But when your Big Sister was so happy to go to this Place, than you just because of imitating and copy her Energy Level, would to the same.
"I see both of you are excited, okay Girls get your Jacket and Shoes and than we visit the Natural History Musum.....if we are lucky they have some Dinosaurs there as well" - your Father said and while your big sister was heading already towards the Front door of the Apartment where her Shoes and Jacket were, you toddeld towards the Kitchen and sadly got stopped because of the closed Babygate.
"Urgh.....APPPAAAAA!" - you called out despreate trying to get the closed Babygate open....wich caused Gyeongseok to laugh a bit at your silly behavior.
"Wrong way little Star....." - your Father gently tries guiding you away from the Babygate and towards the door.
"Snacks! Huuungy" - you added in all Honesty. From the Front Door you could hear your Sister shout that Snacks are very important.
"Appa already prepared Snacks because he knows that the two of you can really get grumpy withouth some" - your Father replied before pointing towards a small packed bag. You nodded approving and than also tried getting your Shoes and Jacket on, wich ended up a bit chaotic because your big sister tried to help you....you on the other hand wanted to do it aaaaaalll alone.....in the End to finally get out of the Apartment.
The Drive towards the Natural History Museum was fast and after a small waiting time in front of the chashier and entrance Area you walked beside your Sister and was amazed by all the different Animals that were showing up in front.
"Booo!" - you called out and jumped up and down, hoping the Exhibition of an large Cow would react. But nothing happend.
"Booo? Pwease?" - you added replying.
Your Sister waved towards the not moving clearly death Cow that was in perfect condition.
"It´s not alive little Star, it for showing not touching" - your Father said. You looked at him confused.
"Cow sleepy?" - you asked looking between him and the Cow Exhibition.
"Its part of the Museum, it does not react, but we don´t try to touch out....same for you big Star, keep your Hands to yourself please, we can look but no touch" - your Father explain and gently reminded your big sister as well, that looking is fine but touching the Cow or any other Animal Exhbition in the Museum was not a good call.
So you waved by by to the Cow and moved on. You saw a lot of different animals and when you came to the Sea Animals, the Air was bit more cold and the light was dimmed, not so bright.....in the distance you could hear water sounds........and than while you were standing in front of a very big Shark, looking to your right......Appa and Sister were gone.
You frowend looking to your left and right side, turning around in circles for a Moment and than started to panick a bit.
"Appa?"
No Reaction.
"APPA?!" - you started crying now out of Instinct in the first Place. Why did Appa and Sister just went by by withouth taking you with them. Your cries within seconds got louder and thanks to the high walls they were very hear-able in this Part of the Museum.
You while toddleing in fear towards the direction you came from nearly ran into a pair of Legs......a Men with very unsteady dark hair and a young Girl, older than you looked friendly at you.
"Are you lost?", - the Girl asked and looked up at her Dad like she wanted to say, we need to help her.
"Appa!" - you simply cried heartbroken like this was the Answer to all your Problems.
"I think she lost her Dad" - the Adult said and his Daugther nodded.
The Adult was kneeling down in Front of you trying to look less....scary and big....every adult was big from your point of view.
"Hey little one, my Name is Gi-Hun and this is my Daugther Ga-yeong - should we look together if we can find your Dad again`" - the Adult introduced himself and his Daugther and you agreed taking his Hand and you were walking to the Direction you ran from. Tears still cover your Face and you were so scared to never never ever find Appa and big Sister again and be lost forever.
Luckily your Father and Sister were already looking for you and your Father was really relived that you did not got totally lost.
"Thank you so much, we thought she was walking behind us, her older sister showed me something and than....when i turned around all i heard were her far away calls for me......my Name is Gyeongseok" - your Father thanked Gi-Hun and his Daugther a lot and thank picked you up, so you don´t get lost again. You sniffed once and cuddled closer to your Father, your big sister was giving you one of the Packed snacks, so your tears could dry a bit better.
"No Problem, as a father i know how scary it could be, when your Kid gets lost" - Gi-hun replied before nodding towards your Father and waving goodbye to you, before continue the Museums Visit with his Daugther.
You meanwhile munched still a bit upset on your Snack and it took a while until you showed Intrest in the other showed Animals of the Natural History Museum.......at the End you and your Sister were allowed to pick one Plush toy from the Gift Shop.....you ironically choose a Shark.....like the one you saw.....your Sister choose a Bunny plushie.
And with that the Musuem Visit was a full succsess.
