wow this got long i’m so sorry, i will not blame you in the slightest if you don’t read this, there is a tldr.

oh don’t get me wrong, i’ve loved what exo-cbx (honestly how could i not i’ve wanted this exact sub-group since i began stanning exo i am so happy) and what exo as a whole have put out recently, and i know that they will have worked incredibly hard to make it as amazing as it is. i just personally felt like sm is pushing certain concepts too far and too long with exo and it would be nice to see them do more of their solo stuff/subgroups with you know, more time inbetween concepts because holy crap these guys need to rest etc etc. and it would be nice to see more stuff from them personally rather than from the company because they’ve made it abundantly clear that they’re talented enough and have the wish to share their own stuff more so idk. i’m just more interested in the music exo themselves are creating and am running out of the kind off enthusiasm i used to be able to summon whenever sm presented me with a new song via exo. does that distinction make sense? i don’t know if it does but it’s nearly 4am i promise i’m trying anonnie.

(also i appreciate what you’re saying and i know this is kinda pedantic but  jongdae doesn’t do what he does purely for me and i’d just like to make the point that he doesn’t know i exist and therefore my enjoyment of anything really has no bearing on him personally whatsoever but if we’re gonna go into what jongdae would want then i’m fairly certain he’d be okay with me liking another groups music too and wanting them to be shown appreciation too?) i certainly didn’t mean to disregard the work he does. just merely state my current enjoyment of the hard work other groups are putting in and would like to see them appreciated for. as for whether i prefer it to exo’s stuff - i honestly haven’t thought about it and don’t think i need to?? like ultimately i enjoy both groups music and i don’t see a problem with that or the need to analyse the extent to which i like the music im listening to?? maybe that’s lazy of me idk if people normally do that or not. but i don’t think i have to enjoy everything any group puts out, no matter who they are and be any less of a fan or be disregarding their work just because of my personal music taste and opinions. i feel like that doesn’t read coherently and i’m really sorry because i really don’t want you to misunderstand something that was said half in jest you feel me? please let me know if you want something clarified i will get back to you asap i have an exam in two days im a tad hectic but i will make sure i get back to you if you do.

What is your dream job?  honestly i’m caught between writer and housewife like i know that means people are gonna be looking down on me like i have no ambition or something but honestly i just really like doing all that domestic crap and i get to sit and do whatever the fuck i like all day with minimal stress unlike public sector jobs which is what i’m gonna end up in lets be real.

Would you like to get married one day; if so, where? not that fussed but i think i’d like some kind of formal lifelong partnership?? like given that i’m more gay than i originally realised but my family would all disown me if i married a girl... idk i want the stability and mutual investment without the external hitback.

18.Would you like kids one day? i have an intense phobia of pregnancy but idk tbh i can only ever imagine myself as a single parent so who the fuck knows.

19. Girly girl or tomboy? i don’t really know which stereotypes i fit into i don’t take enough notice

20. Do you like shopping? i hate window shopping. like if i’m going shopping im gonna buy something i’m not down for seeing things i’d love to have then leaving them behind which is why im always broke and only go binge shopping every now and then.

22. Whats the scariest nightmare youve had? idk it’s been a while since i had a nightmare.

24. Do you have a s/o? yes but i don’t particularly trust the guy and am 90% sure i’ve been played and in any case even without all that i’m deeply insecure about my likeability which is an awful place to be going into a relationship from so who knows how long it’s gonna last tbh

26. Are you open about your feelings? fairly. i am in terms of i can talk about them with people who don’t need to know. like if there’s an issue that concerns a friend i would be able to talk about it to my brother but not the friend you get me??

27. Whats your family like? a mixed lot. largely awful but they have their redeeming points. 

28. Would you date someone your family didn't approve of? yes, my family just wouldn’t be informed or would never meet them.

30. Do you believe in astrology eh. i don’t really know what it’s all about or how it’’s supporsed to affect me and all so i can’t say i’ve ever noticed it as a factor in my life.

It wasn’t until 2013 and Wolf that I began to really acknowledge exo at all really. (i was a dyed in wool shinee fan for ages) And at this point, it was mostly for the sheer hilarity that is Wolf. But I noticed Jongdae and I’m not gonna lie, I noticed him largely because of the (woefully) small amount of screen time he had. I feel like I’m recounting ancient history though because so much has happened since then and I’m just so proud and happy for Jongdae. 

In all honesty, I can’t explain why I love Jongdae as much as I do.I mean, I admire him for his commitment and ridiculous amounts hard work. I admire him for his love of music and all his effort to always continue improving even though he’s already so amazing. I admire him for his achievements, for his talents, but I love him for very different reasons, which are far less clear cut and explainable.
