A brilliant chemist who developed a specialized gun that is capable of transmuting matter from one form to another. Following an argument with an unscrupulous boss, Chemistro turned to crime and attempted to escort his previous employers. This brought him into conflict with Luke Cage who was ultimately able to defeat the villain. Chemistro has had subsequent run-ins with Cage, along with Iron Man and The Avengers. He’s allied himself with The Mandarin as well as The Hood. He first appeared in the pages of Luke Cage, Hero For Hire #12.
