so i found out today that i'm definitely one of those people who would cry if they ever got fired. i got a call from my boss saying i was supposed to be to work an hour before, so i was driving to work in the rain and upset because i didn't know when he'd changed the schedule, when my boss from my second job texts me to tell me i'm fired if i can't get someone to cover a shift. a shift on a day i normally don't work, which is why i didn't ask for that day off when i planned on going to LA.
needless to say i panicked. i eventually found out my boss from my first job had changed the schedule yesterday afternoon, saying i was supposed to be to work at 1030 instead of 12, so its no wonder i didn't see it. and then i stop in to see my other boss after work to talk, and find out he's in the hospital. so i talked to his boss, the owner, and ended up crying like an idiot. ugh. so now i have to go in tomorrow before i get to the airport to try and keep my second job, and work extra hard at both jobs when i get back so i don't lose either of them.
so now i'm leaving for LA tomorrow and both of my jobs are in jeopardy and i still haven't cleaned my apartment. how pathetic would it be if i gave up adulthood altogether and just moved back in with my parents? even just temporarily? i literally don't think i can handle the stress.
