So apparently I should have been focusing on the wattpad postings of the stories that took my content. Because while one on FF was incomplete, THIS one was complete on wattpad.

Above is now the 9th story taken from me by this user.

Evy, who I thought had escaped having her content taken and paraphrased, did not escape and, worse yet, they dragged her son into it :(

So above, are examples on the top of Chell-P’s ‘Unstoppable (The Seer Series 2)’ story, and the parts below are from my DW story ‘The Beginning of a Family’

I honestly don’t think the paraphrasing could get any clearer than this that they’ve taken my content :’(

As many of you know when I talk about plagiarism, I classify it as one of two things:

1. Copy and Pasting word for word what I’ve written 2. Very Blatant Paraphrasing

I include this form of paraphrasing because it isn’t your work, it isn’t your words, you’ve taken what I said and put a small twist on it, but it’s largely MY words.

This user initially began this story originally, their OC was a hidden Time Lady who was human or something, but towards the end of it when they became alien again, they began to paraphrase parts of Evy and Proffy’s story.

While in a case like this, where so much of it appears original, I would have contacted the author to ask them to rewrite this last chapter that borrows so heavily from Proffy and some from Evy, especially in the ORIGINAL CONTENT of the Doctor’s confrontation with Rose. However, they went on in their second and third story to paraphrase Evy and then Mac, and, from looking at an entirely different series, also paraphrased Proffy, Mac, and Angel there too, so this is not a one-time event. 

This spans 4 stories.

Honestly, there might even be parts in earlier chapters taken and paraphrased, but I’m really just sick to my stomach now that I’ve gone through five of their stories and I just don’t want to keep finding more :’(

As you can see above, I focused on an original segment I added into MY story because other areas are based on the show and similarities would happen. But it has now been lifted by someone who tweaked the phrasing and is passing it off as their own, but clearly it is content that came from MY stories with no credit or mention of where that content came from :(

And, even more evidence that they took my work is that there is a large chunk from the middle edited out. They knowingly went through my work, took out a part, and kept the rest, so they were aware they were doing this.

While Evy’s par may seem small and unimportant, the fact that I noticed it and recognized it as coming from Evy (Davros identifying her as a Link, the Doctor’s reaction, her urging him to go to Rose) made me feel I should include it.

I would like to ask your help reporting this plagiarism on FF.net and Wattpad where the story is posted (links below).

I don’t do this lightly as they do have original content as well, but if even part of a story came from someone else, then it is not completely original and some parts were stolen. These plagiarized parts could have easily been avoided if they’d written it themselves because what they stole was original content from my work and not found in transcripts.

And so, above each image contains an example of plagiarism against my Doctor Who Stories ‘Relapse’ and ‘Alone No Longer.’ The top portion is from Chell-P’s ‘Healing Touch (Book 1 Healing Series)’ story on fanfiction.net and wattpad while the bottom portion is my own work, all screencapped from the websites. I don’t even know how many times my DW stories have been plagiarized by now, but this is the 26th time I have been plagiarized overall :(

I ask that you please help me report this plagiarism, I would very much appreciate it :( I’ve been told wattpad may require reporting as inappropriate content (content that should be removed) in order to file a report.

I apologize if the images are small or end up too big or warped, I will be working on making them completely viewable with my page’s theme. This is not a post to bash the author or an invitation to comment harshly on the event. This is merely a means to document when instances of plagiarism have struck and ask for assistance with reporting such incidents.

I guess I was right to be worried about other plagiarisms I might have missed in the last 4 years since this was posted 2016 and began to paraphrase, from what I saw, near the end of 2018 :(

Liz, it’s not just you. I really think they did it to another author (one of their favorite authors) too in their Sherlock story “Army of Two” which is on the fanfiction.net site and wattpad . I think Chell-P took original content from Oleanderhoney’s “The Color of Light Part II” starting near the end of their second chapter. This part came from wattpad because, like with your stories, they had more stuff up there than on the fanfiction site. Can you take a look and let me know what you think? I’m pretty sure they also took content in their Supernatural story too but I want to get the screencaps first. This is the last one, promise. But now I’m worried because this is the second (and maybe third) plagiarism and what about their other stories, there’s one where Sam and Dean have a sister, one where Ironman has a daughter dating Spiderman, and one where Sherlock has a sister who consults with him, and they all seem like stories you could sneak stolen things into. What if they took from someone else too? The only way I found this one was by looking at their favorite authors and I stumbled across one that Genderswapped Watson too, like in this story, and there it was. What about their other favorite stories? What if they took from authors on wattpad too? (6/6) -C

This also looks copied and paraphrased, like the others :( I’m assuming, like with my work, there were probably original things in their work, which might be why finding the copied parts aren’t noticeable at first :(

I sincerely hope no other stories come to light as taking content from other writers but I don’t read work in fandoms I’m writing or will write in so I can’t say if I know of any with similar plots to look into :( I also don’t use wattpad often, so I also can’t say I’m familiar with anything on that site :( I really don’t know what to do or how to answer your concerns other than to hope that if someone is reading a story and sees something a little too familiar that they look into it and say something. But I really hope nothing else comes up, because plagiarism is an awful thing to experience :(

Looking at this one, it does appear more of the same as in your first example, the original parts I see do look copied and paraphrased into the copied story :(

I just wanted to start by saying, I think I’ve received all six. I’m assuming you’re also the same person who PMed me about this and mentioned sending the screencaps to my tumblr lol. I did respond to your PM on FF if you weren’t already aware, so just putting that out first.

Sadly, it does look like they’ve done the same thing in this story as they did with mine :( Having written a Sherlock story of my own, even if it was a while ago, I do know what parts are from a transcript and literal to the episode, and what isn’t. And from the original parts I see, it does look copied and paraphrased to me :(
