Mixed-Veggie Smoothie Recipe
½ cup of cucumber
2 carrots
1 small beet
¾” of fresh ginger
1 ½” of fresh turmeric (will turn your mouth yellow but it’s really good for your digestion)
½ of a large honeycrisp apple
2 stalks of biologique kale (can be substituted for another type of kale)
2 cups of coconut water (since you don’t like coconut water, this can be substituted with regular water or a fruit juice)
½ lemon (juice only)
