The flavor of these Cheese-Stuffed Burger Bombs is out of this world! Every bite is a tasty surprise: juicy ground beef surrounds gooey melted cheese. This burger is great for grilling season or any time you want a cheesy, rich burger.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 slices cheese cheddar or your choice. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 4 small cubes of cheese for stuffing. 4 hamburger buns. Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles. Your favorite burger condiments ketchup, mustard, mayo.
Instructions: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty. Season patties with salt and pepper. Place a slice of cheese in the center of each patty. Wrap the beef around the cheese, forming a ball. Ensure the cheese is completely covered by the beef. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place the burger bombs on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the cheese is melted. Toast hamburger buns on the grill, if desired. Assemble burgers by placing each bomb on a bun and adding optional toppings and condiments. Serve hot and enjoy!
