These Loaded Potato Wedges are the perfect combination of crispy potatoes, gooey cheese, savory bacon, and fresh chives. They make a delicious appetizer or side dish for any occasion.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 2 tablespoons chopped chives. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Add the potato wedges to a large bowl and mix them with the olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well covered. Place wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. To make the potatoes golden brown and soft, bake them for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. Take it out of the oven and top it with bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese. Bring it back to the oven and melt the cheese for another two to three minutes. Add chopped chives as a garnish before serving.
