#cheeeeeeeeeeese

I’ve forgotten to do this the past couple of weeks, so here, have some unedited melodramatic cheese from my WIP Fitzsimmons Titanic AU.

“Have you ever felt...trapped?” she asked, haltingly. “Like your whole life has been decided for you, without anyone asking what you might like, and there’s nothing you can do about it? That there’s no way out?”

He took a moment to seriously consider it. “Not...so much exactly like that, no, but trapped in general--yeah, I guess you could say I have,” he said, thinking of his struggles to be noticed at the Harland & Wolff offices.

“Really?” Jemma breathed, and the hope in her voice was heartbreaking.

“Really,” he echoed, nodding. “I mean, I’m sure our situations are a bit different, but the feeling’s the same, yeah? The helplessness, the frustration--”

“The feeling that nothing is ever going to change,” she cut in.

He nodded again. “Right.”

“And you’re suffocating, but no one notices, or even cares,” she added, her voice rising with passion. Then she stopped, her cheeks flushing slightly. “I don’t know why I’m telling you all of this,” she said, wiping at a few more tears that had escaped. “I don’t even know you, you’re just a stranger.”

I would kill someone with my bare hands for cheese, honestly. It's like eating joy. Cheesy, cheesy joy.

Oh shoot we haven't. Hmmm.Hi!! I'm Em. 21. (I still think I'm 15 shhhhhh I'm just at that state of constant awk.) I've never actually listened to Tegan and Sara but I see them every once in a while on the interwebs and I just haven't gone out and actually explored them. CHEESE IS THE BEST AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE. Seriously. I have complete discussions of the best cheeses with my family. (we're cheese people it's ridiculous.) I'm a big fan of softer cheeses like brie but I also really like some hard cheeses. I've had wasabi cheese before and it was.... interesting. Cheeeeeeeese.
