The way we live, keeping up with societies ideas of happiness and what “we” should desire, can makes us stale. When we wake up in the morning fresh and replenished with energy, we are ready for the day ahead . It’s essential for healthy lives, to breathe fresh air, eat fresh food, and have fresh ideas.
Think, if we had to eat stale bread, how terrible a sandwich would be without fresh bread. We need to be out in the fresh air to breathe in new ideas, to envision where we want to go. When we eat fresh vegetables, they turn into energy, fueling our minds.

Be outdoors,
No preservatives.
We never want to get in the bathtub as children, even knowing we’ll feel so much better, after the bath. We can’t have preservatives to keep us fresh, it’s up to us to know, “our” expiration date. Stay fresh, it feels better.
