As each of these tragedies happen, it takes longer to process. There are very few famous folks that I admire. Anthony Bourdain was on my list. Why you may ask. It's because he just didn't give a F**K. He spoke his mind with a devil may care attitude. He had no trouble saying what needed to be said. He was an acclaimed chef, author of not only cookbooks but also fiction/nonfiction author and an all around Foodie. He said often that he didn't want to go to "the in" restaurants. He wanted to eat where the locals ate. He lived a life that he was unapologetic for. He let everyone know that he was an addict. He did treat a Prince as a Pauper and a Pauper like a Prince. He sat on an Inuit's family kitchen floor, eating a raw, fresh seal. Grandma even gave him the eyeball to eat. He said that it an honour. He wasn't pretentious. He was HUMBLE. That's the first thing that everyone said about about him. He had his demons but everyone does. I can only hope that he is in Paradise with Julia Child cooking up WONDERFUL dishes and BEAUTIFUL music. #CheckInWithLovedOnes #YouAreNotAlone #8002738255
