Fun with photography. Forgot all my lenses in my other truck. #derp Anyway, went to the gym for cardio and recovery work. Then took the #fordcourier to the garage to the garage the new swaybar links. What a difference that makes. Need stiffer springs up front and new shocks. Passenger side is good. Drivers side is junk. I have new ball joints for it too. Parts are cheap for this thing. Not sure what the plan is with this thing. I'm finding it needs more work than I wanted. Was suppose to be a cheap driver while I slowly build the Model T. Had a busy day today. I lowered the front of my #fordcourier I used Mustang II springs and cut 1 1/4 coils off. I used the mustang springs because they are a softer spring rate. When you cut coils it raises the spring rate. According to my calculations. Cutting them this much raises the rate back up to factory. I'll be honest in hindsight I should have just cut about a half coil I think. From what I read just using the Mustang II springs will give you a two inch drop without cutting. I got at least three inches. I'll know better once I drop the rear too. Turns out I need ball joints, inner and outer tie rods and sway bar links🙄.
