Today Sunday late lunch menu: Chicken fillet with diced carrots and porccini mushroom simmered in a red wine reduction So I was able to locate frozen cheap funghi and the young carrots were a steal! A box of cheap red wine also did the trick and interestingly, my friend had that indignation lookon her face when I said I can also drink a box wine! Italians 🥰Haha. Tuna and spinach Panjeon I find it wasteful to throw away the mature leaves of the spinach Miss Mel gave us yesterday. So I cut it up and added AP flour and corn starch, sugar, salt, water, and eggs (also cracked- really cheap). Also made some dipping sauce.
