Verity was enjoying what felt like a rare fun night out since returning to Kismet Harbor. Since coming back to town, she'd been focusing more on work and what she was hoping her future would entail, but when her friends had suggested she tag along, for once she hadn't had a valid excuse not to join. So there she was, in front of the DJ booth, which for once wasn't being managed by her friend Sam, trying to get the DJ's attention. "Excuse me--" She tried to shout over the music. "Hey, could you play one of those remixes that are good for shuffle dancing?" She asked, "My friends don't think I can do it." And very rightfully so, seeing she couldn't, and if the DJ obliged, was about to make a right fool of herself.
