♡♡♡♡♡♡This was a nice surprise♡♡♡♡♡♡

1. I am studying to become a teacher, this is my first year, but I have bad case of stage fright, especially when it comes to children. This makes it even worse because when we have practice, the other students I practice with seem so much calmer than me.

2. I LOVE going to the store to buy food and the like on sale. Every Monday and Tuesday I check on free apps, magazines and the general local stores to see what food and other necessities they have on sale. At the same time I will look and compare some specific products like tomato paste not on sale to know where the cheapest is. One of the best times I’ve had with a boy is pretty much just walking in the market with a sale magazine discussing what healthy and tasty dinner we can make for the cheapest price, comparing notes with each other since we often frequent different stores. It is amazing.

3. Then, usually in the weekend, I make a whole bunch of dinner with what I bought, separate them and put it in the freezer. Knowing that my dinner only costs 2-3 USD is a big pride when I go to school and talk with people, and if the recipe I used came from my mother or grandmother, I make sure to call them. Yes, I am THAT proud of my mediocre cooking skills. (Also, I know 2-3 USD for a dinner for one might sound like a lot in the US and Sweden, but here in Norway that is CHEAP! :D)

4. I dumpster-dive every now and then, though with my economy going better than anticipated, it’s been a while now since last time. I also don’t have time to look through the food and separate it anymore, with exams and practices being present all the time.
