I grabbed a light bite to eat and then I eventually made it to Chart Room to hang out with my husband following his work dinner, and if you’re in search of proper dives to hang out in while you’re in New Orleans, Chart Room deserves to be up there with Erin Rose as must-visits. It’s right across from Crescent City Books, which is a favorite bookstore of mine in the city, and they often have really good deals on drinks depending on the time of day. The information on whether or not it’s cash-only is kind of hard to determine, so I would assume it is cash-only and plan accordingly.
