Lottie had been in the studio for maybe an hour before she'd gotten confirmation from Ro that she was coming. She'd missed Ro, they hadn't really spoken since the breakup, and she'd seen the younger blonde talking to Meg a lot on the blogs.
She wasn't... jealous, per se. More just angry that most of their mutual friends had taken Meg's side. And that Meg wasn't really telling things like they were. If what she had explained to... Jafar, maybe? - she wasn't quite sure, really, who Meg had been talking to - had been all she'd gotten out of their blowout argument, then maybe it was a good thing they'd split after all.Â
So she'd spent the last hour doing some more contemporary things, really not caring so much about the integrity of her movement as much as her lines and the emotion behind them. Dancing was her way of releasing all her pent-up anger, sadness, all the negative energy she had built up since her last class. It was very cathartic for her and that was really what she needed right now. But she'd also promised a class. So she waited patiently for Ro to show up and worked out a couple jazz partnering things for them to work on.
