Isabel was adopted from Puerto Rico at a young age by the Holberts before they were divorced so knows little to none about her birth family/culture. Unlike some she never really cared to know about them either. Her adoptive family didn’t mind not looking into either. They were determined to make her feel as she was their real daughter- hoping a child could help their slowly failing marriage. Despite the obvious physical traits she knows little to nothing about her culture and does not speak spanish.
