Lil' Milo Tidbit/Character Breakthrough:
He's spent the majority of his sad little life in kitchens. He started out washing dishes when he was fourteen and kept that on until he was graduated up to running dishes and then started flipping burgers at McDonalds when he was sixteen. Nineteen and he got a new job at an expensive kitchen, again dishes, but slowly he's proved his mettle. He's in his mid-twenties now, and frankly--he could run a kitchen better than most restaurants in any city. He's worked in so many different kitchens and different environments that at this point, the only thing stopping him is his own disillusionment in himself. He can cook with the best of them and hold his own under pressure.
